Reliable and Robust, 2008-06-21

I've been a Godaddy customer for about 5 years. I started out with one domain with Godaddy; now I have 20, 4 SSL certificates and a hosting account. During the past 5 years, I had two support problems - and their support wasn't terrific (I was on hold allot)... but - twice in 5 years is pretty remarkable if you ask me.

Godaddy has TONS and TONS of services and features. Uptime is good too... but their support is hard to reach.

24/7 customer support, 2008-08-05

24/7 customer support is what I'm after and that's exactly what Go Daddy offer. The price is good and I haven't noticed too much down time so yeah, they fit all my needs. They offer a simple service but if you don't need too much then it is all you will ever need. If you have a small site without an enormous amount of traffic then theres no need to go anywhere else for your hosting needs.

No complaints, 2008-08-05

My last web host tried to hike the prices up after we had been with them for a year and I hate that. It's annoying when banks do it and I don't need my web host doing it either. I decided to look around and I found the Go Daddy site. They promise to never hike up the price on renewals and considering what I put up with from my last site, I was delighted to go with them. No complaints so far and I know there is no increase to shock me down the line.

Price, price, price. My dad taught me a lot about business but he always told me that price was key and the people at Go Daddy must have the same idea about life. I can't think of anywhere else I'd be able to get all the same services for anywhere near this price level and frankly, I don't care as Go Daddy has everything I need so why go elsewhere? My dad may not be on the internet too much but even he'd be able to appreciate what Go Daddy has to offer.
