UK Public Unaware of What Web Hosting Is

A study released earlier this year by UK web host, Heart Internet, reveals that the UK public is under-educated about web hosting. Honestly, I’m surprised that more than 20% of those asked knew what ‘web hosting’ is and I’m pretty certain that the stats would be similar in the US. The fact is, for a service that more than 1 Billion people benefit from, web hosting is largely behind the scenes. Read about the study.
